Actors step out together at festival premiere
Actors Florence Pugh and Finn Cole appeared together on the red carpet for the world premiere of In The Shadows at the 70th BFI London Film Festival on Oct. 9. The outing was the pair’s first joint red‑carpet appearance, following previous public signals of their relationship earlier this year.

Pugh wore a gown from Wiederhoeft’s Spring 2027 collection, described as featuring a lavender corset top and a sparkling skirt. She completed the look with silver peep‑toe heels and prominent diamond jewellery, and styled her hair in a half up, half down arrangement. Cole attended in a classic black suit, complemented by a blue striped dress shirt and a black tie.

The appearance follows an earlier moment when the couple went public on social media. In March, Pugh posted a photograph from the Bulgari Eclettica High‑End Collection launch in Milan showing the two together, a post that effectively confirmed their status in the public eye. "I don't want to be a secret, but I also don’t want everything to be divulged," Pugh told Vanity Fair in a Sept. 25 interview. "The important thing is that we’re happy, and I feel solid and safe and sturdy."

Cole stars in In The Shadows and plays the husband of real‑life boxer Ramla Ali’s character, Richard Moore. The premiere at the BFI festival marked the film’s public debut and provided the setting for the actors’ joint appearance.
