The closure will occur at the Fountain Street / Kossuth Road / Fairway Road North roundabout that fronts the airport’s main entrance. While through traffic will be blocked at that point, officials stress that access to YKF will remain available throughout construction via a signed detour. The Region cautions that drivers and transit users should build in extra time as traffic patterns adjust.

• Travel east on Kossuth Road, following detour signs
• Turn north on Shantz Station Road
• Head west on Menno Street to connect back toward the airport
